Free shipping across the Netherlands and the European Union — always, no minimum.

Worldwide: free on orders over €150. Below that, shipping is calculated at checkout at cost.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number as soon as your order is on its way.

Delivery Times

Netherlands: 1–3 business days
Europe: 3–7 business days
USA & Canada: 5–10 business days
Rest of World: 7–14 business days

Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number. You can use this to follow your package at every stage of its journey to you.
